Does Hydrogen water a scam?

Hydrogen H2 is a medical gas that is produced from water by electrolysis and remains in the water, saturated it. People with low knowledges in this theme write in comments that hydrogen is insoluble in water.

There is nothing surprising in the fact that hydrogen turned out to be an antioxidant. The universe is made of hydrogen, it all started with hydrogen.

It's just that scientists recently found out that hydrogen water is good for people.

US military uses hydrogen-based breathing mixtures to combat decompression sickness since 1960. The high concentration of hydrogen in the mixture used showed that hydrogen is a non-toxic gas and absolutely harmless to use at high concentrations.
